Thick Thai spicy peanut salad dressing? I am hooked on Just Salad's Thai peanut dressing (it's a chain salad restaurant) and hoping to make it at home. Any tips on making thick dressing like their's? Thank you

I tried trader Joe's, and is very thin and watery in comparison. Maybe I could use that as a base and thicken it up somehow?
