Hello all , Hope all is well... I'm Desperately seeking the original recipe for Peruvian Aji Verde sauce. Here in queens, NY, I tried it at a restaurant and am in love with it. Is there anyone willing to part with their generational-homemade recipe pls? But not the white people version of it (( I see cheese added to it in all these recipes online, does it really call for chees???!!!)). I'm east indian and can definitely handle spice!
