4 Vegan Oats Recipe using only Peanuts & Banana

3 Ingredients Vegan Oats Recipes . . INGREDIENTS :

•Oatmeal(50g)

•Roasted Peanuts(30g)

•Banana(variable per recipe) . .

RECIPES : . 1. Oatmeal Breakfast

•Crush the roasted peanuts into coarse pieces.

•Mash a MEDIUM SIZE banana using fork.

•Mix them with oatmeal in a bowl and let *After 15 minutes of letting it alone your oatmeal breakfast is ready to be eaten. . .

2. Energy Balls

•Blend oats and peanuts into a fine flour. Mash a SMALL SIZED banana and mix the flour with it. We need a semi-solid mix.

•Make them into tiny balls and top them with cashews & raisins.

•Enjoy them with your family as an evening snack. . .

3. Energy Bars

•Blend oats and peanuts into a fine flour.

•Mash a VERY SMALL SIZED banana and mix the flour with it. We need a hard solid mix that can slightly deform.

•In a mould apply oil or butter and put the mix into it.

•Even out the mix and make partitions with knife.

•Refrigerate overnight or atleast 4 hours.

•Grab some and munch on the go whenever you need some energy.

•Can be stored for a week in freezer. . .

4. Pancakes

•Blend oats and peanuts into a fine flour.

•Mash a LARGE SIZED banana and mix the flour with it.

•Pour water as needed and make it into a batter.

•In a nonstick pan evenly spread one cup of batter and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

•Flip it and let the other surface cook for 2-3 minutes.

•Serve the pancakes with brown sugar maple syrup by the side.
