I've been searching for this recipe and I CANNOT find it. I'm fairly certain it was an Aussie cook - my instincts were Maggie Beer but I think I've ruled her out. The cookbook mentioned the recipe was gleaned from her trip to Bolognaise, from a multi-generational family recipe.
It was slow cooked, using casserole or chick steak. She added nutmeg late in the dish and a splash of cream on serving. Any leads? I'm dying to make it again.
