Hi, I bought some lemon curd a while back and I haven't used it yet. I love lemon desserts but I don't know what to use lemon curd for.
I do have some puff pastry in my freezer and I can make dough from scratch but what can I do with premade lemon curd? Can I use it for jam on bread?
