Just wanted to know if anyone thinks this would work?
So a flan tin/tart tin lined with shop bought shortcrust pastry and then a layer of Peanut butter then a layer of Jam.
Would this work or would it behave weirdly once I put it in the oven?
Yes the recipe is very darn basic but I'm fairly new to baking and my oven is older than my grandparents 😂
