So today at Uni I went into our Ag and Dairy store for some ice cream and took a peek at the selection of meat they have since it's usually pretty unique. Well I managed to impulse purchase 2 lbs of boneless goat meat and have no idea what to do with it! Got any suggestions? Tips? Family recipes?
