Are there any spaghetti squash recipes that aren't meant to imitate noodles?

I have a lot of spaghetti squash from the garden and I'm tired of making imitation pasta dished with it. Do you know of any recipes that are different than replacing pasta? Maybe something with a fallish feel? Thanks!
