Hello! I'm trying to create a mixed drink for a party tonight. I don't know a ton about mixology and balancing flavors, though.

Hello! I'm looking to create a drink "Cake by the Ocean," but avoiding Cake Vodka. (And vodka more generally.) Cake flavor is vanilla + hazelnut (at least, Starbucks says so) and for the ocean portions I'd want blue curaçao. What else would be necessary for this to taste okay? How should I combine these? Should I find alcohol or mixers for the vanilla/hazelnut flavors?
