Hi y'all! I have marinaded a pork butt (OJ, mango juice, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, whole peppercorn, salt and paprika.) I was wondering if I should keep it in the marinade when I put it in the oven or if I should take it out of the marinade. What do y'all usually do?
