Sardine tomato soup

Today i made a successful experiment with canned sardines, a cheap little soup that is easy and healthy.

All you need is:

-150g Canned sardine with tomato sauce.

-40g shredded cheddar cheese (or more if you want it creamier).

-two quarters of a fresh orange

-orange zests (use one of the quarter pieces)

-around 5 seedless green olives (cut to quarters and leave 1 for garnish)

Now mix the canned sardine until it becomes one with the sauce (can be done with a spoon since they're really mushy), they're already seasoned with salt so just add a pinch of pepper. add the cheese and cooperate it well, then squeeze one of the orange quarters into the mixture along with the zest and olive pieces and mix even more. after that squeeze the other orange quarter into a small pot or pan and put the heat on high, it will start boiling after a few seconds. when the orange juice is boiling just add the soup and mix it until the soup starts to boil, then pour into a soup dish and you're done.

You can use the olive for garnish along with some chives, or just eat it as it is.

And that's it, it was so good i decided to make it my signature dish, as it's cheap and proteiny to some extend.

bon appetit
