Flank steak is a nice and different way to make steak from the grill, but only if you have a bit of time to marinate it. But it's a great marinade.'
Ingredients

2-3 lb. flank steak

1-2 tsp. lemon zest

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup cooking oil

2 Tbsp. green onions

4 tsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Combine meat and the marinade (all the other ingredients) in a plastic bag and allow to sit overnight in refrigerator.
Remove the meat from the bag and reserve the marinade. Grill the meat until a thermometer reads about 125-130 degrees, turning once.
Slice the meat across the grain and dab with remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
