Enjoy this delicious Chocolate cake for all occasions!!
Cooking time - 8 mins, Prep time - 10 mins, Serves - 12
Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cups - All purpose flour (Maida)
1 cup - Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup - Cocoa Powder
1 tsp - Baking Powder or Baking Soda
100 gms and 1&1/2 tbsp for ganache - Butter
1 cup - milk
2 tbsp - Vinegar
1 tsp - Vanilla Essence
1 cup - Amul cream
1 cup - Dark Chocolate/ chocolate chips
1 cup - Chopped Nuts - Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts
Method

Heat the milk and add vinegar. Keep it aside and let it curdle.

Add butter in the milk and let it melt. Add vanilla essence.

Take all the dry ingredients and sieve it together. Maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar.

In a microwave safe cake mould add the dry ingredients.

In batches pour the wet ingredients into the mould to form the batter.

Add chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

Bake for 8 mins in microwave mode.

For ganache- in a wok, heat the cream and add chocolate and butter.

Let it melt and drizzle onto the cake. Your cake is ready !!
