So, I want to make a soft bready coconut dinner roll thinger, and I am not sure if substituting some ingredients will work or not so here's my questions!
If I take a classic dinner roll recipe, or a cinnamon-roll dough recipe, and substitute the milk for coconut milk, and water for regular milk, will it still work as intended? Would I need to re-adjust the measurements?
Also, can I leave it in the fridge overnight, and then bake in the morning?
