Any ideas on how can I use my pork belly?

I had to freeze pork belly months ago because I had too much food, and I've been procrastinating on getting it out of the freezer because I don't know how to use it. I was planning on making an asian soup with it when I bought it (I also have pork and beef bones in the freezer). Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated. Cheers my fellow cooks:)
