Hey guys! I've cleared my schedule this evening and I'm going in on a huge pot of gumbo! Haven't made it in a few years so I was going to ask for suggestions about some cool stuff to throw in that I may not think of on my own. I cook red and throw in the usual seafood. TIA! 🦐
