so, as a vegetarian, i love beans and rice. my budget appreciates it as well. i apologize for yet another beans and rice post, as they are plentiful. alas, after searching, all i really succeeded in was overwhelming myself. so, i must ask you fine folk to please grace me with your recipes! i've tried making it in the past, and it either comes out bland or just not what i'm really aiming for. basically, i'm looking for a mexican restaurant style recipe for a black or red beans and rice dish. please feel free to share any tasty beans and rice recipe you may know as well. it would be/is much appreciated. thanks in advance!
