I'm growing some reapers and I'm just trying to figure out what exactly to do with them. I have 3 plants, and they're producing fairly well. Any ideas on salsa recipes? I've been thinking Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Jalapeños, Habaneros, A reaper, of course, and cilantro. I may make a batch thats sweeter with either strawberries or mangoes. I'd also like to keep the bright red coloring of the reaper apparent in the sauce.
