My SO and I just made this recipe for dinner and I wanted to share it with all of you. It's a very simple recipe that can be made with only a few ingredients.
You will need:
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/2 lbs green beans (or your preferred veggie)
- 1 package of onion soup mix
Trim the green beans and place them on a large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle half the package of onion soup mix on top of the green beans. Trim the pork and place it on top of the bed of green beans. Sprinkle the rest of the soup mix on top of the pork. Wrap the foil around the green beans and pork making a little tent, wrap the ends of the tent up, and place on a baking sheet and into a 350 degree oven until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees(about 25 minutes).
We like to serve it over couscous but you can just serve it as is.
Enjoy!
bon appetit
