ISO recipes that go well with sour cream

this is a dumb question, please bear with me...

I never liked sour cream growing up. I absolutely hated it, actually. suddenly now in my twenties, I’ve discovered that I LOVE sour cream. I have no idea what changed, but now I’m lost because never eating it with anything growing up meant that I have no idea now what kind of foods one would eat with sour cream. I’ve really only had it with baked potatoes thus far, so now I’m in search of tasty meals that can be made even tastier when you add sour cream! thanks in advance.

edit: sour cream doesn’t need to be a significant ingredient in the meal. I’m just thinking meals that are good on their own, but you can add a dollop of sour cream on top to enhance the flavor!
