This stuff is drizzled on an oyster-on-the-half shell. I suggest topping it with julianned cucumber, salmon roe, or bean sprouts.
1/4c seasoned rice wine vinager
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2sp fresh grated ginger
Mix. Drizzle maybe a half tablespoon on an oyster.
