I did that thing where you buy a bunch of weird ingredients because they were on sale and you have no idea how to cook them. Any recipes for heart, kidneys, and liver?

Like the title says.

I have a sheep liver, sheep kidneys, pig kidneys, and a pig heart. Why did I do this? I don't know.

I'd love to hear your favorite obscure recipe for organs.
