Pretty basic, but any tips to make a really good hot chocolate? I make a pretty nice one, using melted dark chocolate poured into some hot milk with Madagascan vanilla and sugar. My girlfriend's mother and grandmother want me to make them all some this Thursday, so I'm looking to make it better!!
