I'm planning on making Gordon Ramsay's honey glazed ham with ham #1 https://www.gordonramsay.com/gr/recipes/honey-glazed-ham/ but I have a ham #2 that's about 5 pounds. Anyone have any suggestions on a totally different recipe to follow?
