[Request] for a lost meatloaf recipe

Ok, so I know this is a loooong shot, but due to a lost phone ive recently lost a favored recipe. (I know, it was dumb not to physically write it down) anyways, I figured id write what I recalled from the ingredients and if anyone recognizes it, maybe shoot me the link? Id appreciate any help.

Ground beef 4 slices of bread ground in a food processor Egg Onion Salt pepper etc

There is also a ketchup and brown sugar glaze that goes on top

It requires hand shaping into a loaf, no loaf pan

And finally it calls for a tray of water underneath it.

Again, i know its a long shot but this will either work, or ive lost it anyways
