TLDR: I'm looking for easy-to-prepare meals best served cold or at room temperature that I can give away on Christmas Day.
I'm going to be spending Christmas alone in NYC because it was too expensive for me to fly home. Instead of sitting at home all day, I would like to spend Christmas Eve preparing meals that I can give away on Christmas day on subways or on the street to other people who spend more than just the holidays alone.
I plan on spending most of the day wandering around the city looking for the homeless but am having a difficult time with finding a variety of cold-meals that I can have in stock.
Does anyone have any saved recipes to link that you would recommend me using? Myself and others would greatly appreciate your help.
