Hey everyone ! I was wondering if you all could give me some easy healthy meals.
I don’t cook like at all.... but I know how to use an oven and stove . I really love chicken (like favorite food) I love most veggies , and I like most fruits .
I also really like salads I know there’s many different kinds of salads you can make so if there’s any good ones out there let me know!
I tend to take salads to work just because they are easy to make and pack up .
I’ve tried to cut back A LOT on drinking pop, like maybe once a week but I’ve started lemonade which I drink all the time ! Which I’m also trying to cut back on but that’s hard.
I drink lots of water due to I work in child care so I’m constantly casing kids so I keep hydrated that way .
Anyways any recipes would be awesome ! Thank you !
