Help adjusting Gumbo recipe

I want to make a smaller version of this gumbo recipe. The recipe calls for 3-4 quarts of stock and I wish to use 1. I'm not so worried about the veggies and meat proportions. Mainly the roux. How much oil and flour should I adjust for? Any other hot tips for adjusting this gumbo recipe I'd love to hear.
