Tender juicy trout recipe

Ingredients

Trout - 1 big one

Lemon - 1 big one

White wine - 2 TBSP

Water - 1 TBSP

Olive Oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Mix of different peppers

Basil

Marinating mixture

Clean your trout and get rid of the fins. Then divide your fish into 4-5 nice big pieces.

*Marinade Preparation *

Squeeze lemon juice, add 2 tbsp of white wine, 1 tbsp of water, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper mix, 1 tsp of basil, 1/2 tsp of marinating mix.

Place your trout into the deep bowl, pot etc and pour out marinade on top of it. Leave it for 2-3 hours.

Then cover you baking dish with the foil. And place there pieces of your fish. Salt, pepper up to your taste. Also add a piece of bay leaf and a few of black pepper balls. Wrap all that up and bake for 30 min. ( t=360F)

Take it out in 30 min. Unwrap your trout and send it back to the oven for 10 min more.
