Caramel Custard

Time for Desserts!!

Ingredients 3 - Eggs

600ml - Milk

2tsp - Sugar

2 tbsp - Water for caramel

1/3 cup - Sugar for caramel

1tsp - Vanilla Essence

Method

For caramel - In a vessel , put sugar and heat it on medium flame, add 2tbsp of sugar so that it starts melting early. Once sugar starts melting, mix it. Once it is completely melted and is in brownish in color. Switch of the flame.

Now pour this caramel in moulds and let it set

For Custard:Beat together eggs and sugar. Stir in milk and vanilla essence. Whisk it well. Strain it into moulds.

Keep the mould in baking tray and cover it with aluminium foil. Pour 2 cups hot water in the tray

Bake at 150C for 40 min

Once done scrap it from the edges and turn upside down on a plate.
