Easy Homemade Protein Bars

Introduction:

  • These Homemade Protein Barks are great for desert or snack between meals. This simple recipe takes just several minutes to make and its super-delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate, 4-6 scoops (120-180 grams)

  • Peanut Butter, Natural, 12-16 ounces (350-450 grams)

  • Oats, 1 cup (80-120 grams)

  • Honey, 8 tablespoons

Directions:

  • Combine the honey and peanut butter. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds. Stir and heat for an additional 20 seconds. Continue this pattern until the honey and peanut butter are soft enough to be mixed with the oats and whey.

  • Add the protein powder and oats and mix again.

  • Take a pan and spray the bottom with cooking spray (or you can smear some olive oil instead)

  • Put the pan in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

  • Take it out, cut into the forms you want and enjoy your protein bars!
