Going on a family vacation for a week and each couple is in charge of prepping, cooking, cleaning 1 dinner for the week. In the past I've done a pot roast, kebobs, and fajitas. Someone is already doing Meatball subs this year as well as a taco night. Anyone have any suggestions? It would need to feed 10-12 adults.
