Effective as of now all post will require flair. Based on the results of the previous post it seems we're in favor of this change. I've disabled contest mode for everyone to see the results.
We're give this a try for a few weeks and if there is a large out pouring of we don't like this we will discuss about removing it.
What this looks like to you:
1) Posts are now removed after 3 minutes and user is sent pm to flair their post. View pm here.
2) If post is flaired within 10 minutes post will be approved, but if it is not flaired within 10 minutes they will receive a pm like this
