No-bake peanut butter power bars

Ingredients: • Canola cooking spray
• 1 TBSP butter
• 1/3 reduced fat smooth peanut butter
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 cup low fat granola
• 1 cup Rice Krispies  • 1/3 cup ground golden flaxseed
Directions:
1. Coat 8 x 8 pan with canola oil
2. Combine peanut butter and marshmallows  microwave until just melted. 
3. Stir in rest of ingredient and spread in 8 x 8 pan
