Hi guys, I'm hoping someone here can help. I bought a nice piece of brisket (not huge, about 2 lbs) the other day since I never see it in the stores around here. I was looking online for recipes to cook it in the oven for a few hours and found a couple that looked fine, but nothing outstanding.
I know it'd be a lot better if I could BBQ / smoke it, but I live in an apartment where that isn't an option.
Was hoping that people here could help! :)
