Simple Goulash

2 Lbs Stew Meat, cut into 1-2 inch cubes

1/2 Cup Milk

1/2 Tablespoon Cornstarch

2 Cups Water

1 Beef Bouillon Cube (I use Knorr)

Salt and Pepper

Parsley

Basil

Oregano

1/4 Cup Plain Yoghurt or Sour Cream

Heat your large sauce pan and add stew meat. Cover liberally in salt, pepper and the herbs, stir the beef until all sides are cooked to a grey/brown color, and are covered with the herb mixture.

Add two cups water and bouillon cube, make sure to stir mixture to fully dissolve the cube. Let boil for 25 minutes.

In a seperate measuring cup, mix cornstarch and about 1/8 cup of water, mixing will to make a milk-like appearance. Pour into the pot, and stir. Add milk, stir, and let it cook down for 25 minutes.

Once the gravy has reduced to a thick consistency, add yoghurt/sour cream, and stir to mix with gravy and cover cubes. Let this cook down for 15 minutes. Serve hot, and enjoy!

bon appetit
