Single Serving Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 tsp sugar of choice (I prefer to use brown sugar)
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Stir in milk and greek yogurt until completely combined. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  3. Place mug in microwave for 30-40 seconds (I find 30 seconds is perfect for my microwave).
  4. Dig in and enjoy!
