Ingredients: * Chicken Breasts (2-3) * Fresh rosemary (1/2 cup cut) * Cinnamon (1 TBSP) * Black pepper (1 tsp)
- Franks Red Hot (2 cups)
- Soy Sauce (1 TBSP)
- Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 Cup)
First, cut up some fresh Rosemary (or grind up). Next combine with Cinnamon and Pepper until evenly mixed. In a gallon plastic bag or large bowl combine Franks Red Hot, Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
From here, Let the chicken marinate for a while (obviously the longer the better). Pre-heat a large pan and add a little bit of oil to coat it. When hot, add the chicken to the pan with half of the marinade and cover. Let cook on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes then flip followed by another 10 minutes.
From here turn the heat up to medium-high and add the remaining marinade and let it cook off while periodically flipping the chicken, getting a nice brown on both sides. When the chicken is fully cooked temperature wise (165*F) you're ready to eat!
bon appetit
