Top 5 cupcakes

1) Pumpkin muffins with orange and lemon

Ingredients: — 1 cup flour — 1 cup of sugar — 1/3 tsp salt — Soda 1/3 tsp — Egg 2 pcs. — 1/2 cup vegetable oil — Finely grated 2/3 cup pumpkin — Peel and juice of half an orange — Peel and juice of half a lemon — Powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation: 1. Separately mix dry and wet ingredients. Then combine and stir with a spoon. 2. Molds for cakes grease with butter, pour the batter. 3. Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. 4. Before serving, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
