So this is my first time ever, making a post (always a lurker), but I am having trouble coming up with a simple but delicious entree that will suit my bf taste. I wanted to do an Italian inspired dinner (chicken Alfredo) but he doesn't like mozzarella cheese. He eats it but he doesn't like it. Can somebody help coming up with something without cheese in general? Thank you
