[REQUEST] Want to make my own"steak seasoning" that I can use on everything from stews at jerky. What's some good starting herbs?

I want to make a seasoning mix without salt added so that I can control the salt amount better. A good base that I can work off of and customize for different meats, and can be used in Marinade without the added salt.
