Need some help I love chilli or is it chilli I like beans in mine. Anyways getting the dried whole chillies is an expensive ask in Northern Ireland, so I have ordered the four main chillies I have seen in recipies on here in powdered form I know it isn't perfect but saves a lot of cash. So I want to know can these just be dumped in? or at a certain time marinate the meat in them? Make a paste I don't know but would love some UK recipies as finding some of the American ingredients is a nightmare.
