My new job doesn't start for a few weeks, so I have all the time in the world to cook at the moment! I made six-hour bolognese last week, which was great fun, so I'm looking for suggestions--what are your favorite all-day recipes that a person of medium culinary skill could pull off? Bonus points if I don't need to buy any extremely obscure ingredients, but I have easy access to Asian and Indian grocery stores.
