My parents used to have a cookbook that had a delicious apricot marinade for steak, but I can't seem to find something comparable online. I remember it was made with apricots and apricot nectar, but I can't remember anything else. When I search online, I just keep finding apricot glazes for chicken and pork.
It was somewhat sweet, but not super sweet and it wasn't think and syrupy. Does anyone have any ideas?
My father would slice up flank steak and marinade the strips for a while. Then just cook it on the grill.
