Recipe of Aloo Paratha

A.DOUGH MAKING Ingredients:

Wheat Flour :250 Grams

Salt :according to taste

Oil : 2 Tea Spoon

Warm Water : 200 ML (Use as Required)

 Process: 1. Add Salt and Oil in the flour and mix well. 2. Add Water slowly slowly and mix it softly. 3. Make a soft dough. 

Note: KEEP THE DOUGH TO REST FOR 30 MINUTES. Meanwhile Prepare Stuffing.

B.STUFFING PREPRATION Ingredients:

Boiled Mashed Potatoes: 150 Grams

Chopped: Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Chili, Coriander Leaves

Chat Masala: 1 Tea Spoon

Amchoor Powder (Mango Powder): 1 Tea Spoon

Oil : 2 Tea Spoon

Salt : As per taste

Turmaric and chili Powder : For Colur and Spicy (OPTIONAL)

Process: 1. Add 2 Teaspoon Oil in the Hot Pain. 2. Add All Chopped Vegetables and Saute it. 3. Don't Over Cook the Vegetables 4.Add Chat Masala, Mango Powder and salt 5. Add Mashed Potato and cook for 2-3 Minutes more. 6. Switch Off the Fire and Let Stuffing to Get cool down

C.STUFFING AND ROLLING: Process: 1. Take the Dough and Kneed Little more 2. Make Small Bolls 3. Turn them into Small Bowls to add the Stuffing 4. Add Stuffing and Close the Bolls Softly 5. Roll it Softly and make Flat ( USE Flour Dust) D. COOKING: Process: 1. Place rolled Flat Paratha on the Hot Pan. 2. Turn it within 30 Seconds 3. Apply Ghee. 4. Turn again after 30 Seconds 5. Apply Ghee Another Side as well 6. Cook both sides By Turning Simultaneously until Small Brown Bubbles Appear

SERVE With Curd, Pickle and Love.
