Daily Recipes: How to use this wine in cooking? It's a sweet & strong cognac tasting white wine that goes well with greasy cheeses. There's just so much of it that I'd like to try it in cooking aswell. Figured as people create glazes with whiskey etc. there might be some use with this also.
