My wife and I are very fond of a chicken and pasta dish whose recipe went missing in our last move. If anyone could help with a name of similar dishes we'd be grateful.
It was a red/pinkish sauce served with angel hair pasta and grilled chicken breasts. As far as we can remember, the sauce was composed of - sun dried tomatoes - roasted red peppers - heavy cream (1/2 & 1/2?) - Dijon mustard - garlic? - love
