Psoriasis... no nightshades. I don’t want to give up spaghetti and meat sauce. Does anyone have a no tomato pasta sauce recipe they would like to share? I’m finding some on Pinterest but the photos they use and the outcome of everyone’s recipes look totally different. I’ve never had beets so I’m not sure if it really tastes close to the real thing or if people are fibbing lol.
If buying store bought would be easier and tastier, can you tell me where I can find it? I tried Trader Joe’s today but couldn’t find it.
