Hi r/recipes! Quick question -- I have some salmon fillets I'd love to do something with. I love grilled salmon as much as the next person, maybe over pilaf or topped with pico de gallo, but I'd like something different for a change. Do you folks know of any unique, even exotic recipes that make use of salmon fillets beyond simply grilling them up? The more out of the ordinary the better!
