I’ve been making this dish for a long time using this recipe. It’s only brought me good memories. I’ve cooked for my extended family and had great nights talking over this Cacio e Pepe. None of that would be possible without Bourdain.
I know it’s a weird small thing, but this is how I’d like to remember him. He brought joy and happiness to a lot of people, even without realizing it.
